Transportation Engineering: US 290: From Middle School Road to RR 12, Hayes County, TX
Brown & Gay Engineers, Inc. prepared geometric schematics, performed final design, and prepared a PS&E package for widening from a four-lane open ditch section to a five-lane curb and gutter section in Hayes County for the South Travis Area Office of the Austin District of TxDOT. The widening project included pavement milling, overlays, culvert extensions, retaining walls, and traffic signals.
