Site Development: III Memorial City Plaza, Houston, TX
Brown & Gay Engineers, Inc. provided civil engineering and surveying for this 340,000 square foot, 14-story Class "A" office building and a five-story parking garage on 2.43 acres located the vibrant area of Memorial City. The project's aggressive schedule involved the abandonment of a portion of a public easement to allow room for the building. Each floor was constructed on an accelerated schedule with one floor completed and surveyed each week until all floors were completed. |
