Site Development : BriarLake Plaza, Houston, TX
Brown & Gay Engineers, Inc. provided civil engineering and surveying for a 502,410 square-foot, 20-story, Class A office building and multi-level parking garage on 15.05 acres at Briar Forest and Beltway 8. The project also included underground electrical conduit plans to bring electrical service to the building and coordination with architects, owners and other consultants.
