Site Development
: Allen Parkway, Houston, TX

Towering above Allen Parkway, this 33-floor high rise apartment is topped with a sculptured metal crown that serves as its iconic signature. With monumental architecture, graceful interiors, and an abundance of amenities, 3333 Allen Parkway sits on a 2.735-acre site. Much care was taken to preserve the historical significance of the original Gulf Publishing Building, built in 1929, that once stood on the site.

The 417,000 square foot tower was constructed utilizing tunnel-form construction; both the tower and garage feature pre-cast concrete exteriors, erasing the need for columns.
