Land Development: BlackHorse Ranch, Harris County, TX


This 306-acre municipal utility district is divided into two non-continuous tracts by a 390 acre 36-hole golf course on both sides of Cypress Creek. The district will ultimately serve approximately 750 homes and will have two recreation sites with amenity lakes, swimming pools and club houses.

Six residential sections consisting of 591 lots, water plant, wastewater treatment plant, recreation site and golf course have been completed.
